Abstract Submission Guidelines
- Abstract word limit is 250 maximum
- Please submit your abstracts to the APSID Secretariat at email: apsid@apsocid.org by September 30, 2026.
- Include “Abstract Submission for 2026 APSID IEI School Vietnam” in the email subject line
We welcome abstract submissions from both active and new APSID members. If you are not yet a member but wish to submit, please register on our official website. Additionally, we kindly remind you to renew your membership if it has expired.

2026 APSID Webinar – Call for Cases Submission Deadline: 25 March 2026
We are pleased to announce that APSID will be launching webinars in 2026. These sessions aim to discuss challenging cases among members and experts, share experiences and insights, and explore solutions to benefit patients worldwide.
Proposed dates for the 2026 APSID Webinars
- April 30, 2026 (Thu)
- August 27, 2026 (Thu)
- November 19, 2026 (Thu)
Format
- Online Meeting held via Zoom
- Duration: Total of 1 hour for 2 cases, each case includes 15 mins presentation and 15 mins discussion
Submission Guidelines:
Please complete the Webinar Submission Form and submit it as a PDF via email to the APSID Secretariat at apsid@apsocid.org by 25 March 2026. We will notify you by email if your case is accepted. Kindly include “Case Submission for APSID Webinar” in the email subject line.
